ABCs of Photography camp was a HUGE SUCCESS!

Over the course of the last week, ten incoming third through sixth graders learned the basics of photography.

The campers explored the concepts of photography, including vantage points, elements of design, aperture, and shutter speed; learned about two photographers, David Hockney and Katie Sokoler, to replicated their style through case studies; and created visual stories through stop motion photography.

As a final hurrah to their time with Outside the Lens, the campers created a group stop motion to "Happy" by Pharrell Williams. This is the campers of ABC Photography Camp final group stop motion, along with their personal or paired stop motions. Hope you enjoy!
